I woke up this morning to read the weekly digest from the Discovery Channel. Love it. I'm sure everyone has seen the video of Garrett McNamara riding the 100ft monster in Portugal this week. My bum was firmly clenched watching it.

Like most surfers on the coast I'm hoping the big swell comes through in Autumn - not that I'll be getting amongst it. I want to go and stand in Bells Beach carpark and watch the 10ft sets roll in and listen to the hilarious commentary from the peeps around me. Good times.
