What to wear on a 'surf date'

So I went on what some would technically call a 'surf date' on Sunday. It was super fun - driving down the coast, chatting, surfing, carpark changing, post-surf burger and beer. Imagine if I'd turned up in one of these little numbers. 'Oh, hi... we just met and I surf really badly but I do love an outfit' and cranked Beyonce that little bit louder.
